We are Huizhou Chengyi Textile Co., Ltd. The company was founded in 2013 and is located in Boluo, Huizhou City. We have specialized in the production of colored yarns for many years. 2. Are you a factory or a trader? How can I place an order?

We are a factory. You can contact us by email about your order details, or place an order online.

3. How can I pay you?

After you confirm our PI, we will ask you to pay. T/T (HSBC Bank) and Western Union are the most common ways we use, and you can also pay online.

4. What is the order procedure?

First, we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we send you a PI for confirmation. You will be asked to make a full prepayment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start processing the order. We usually need 7-15 days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production is finished, we will contact you for shipping details and balance payment. After payment has been made, we begin to prepare the shipment for you.

5. How do you take care of your customers when they receive defective products?

Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit our customer or replace them in the next shipment.

6. How do you check all the goods in the production line?

We have spot checks and finished product inspections. We check the goods when they enter the next production procedure.
